$28.8 million in the third quarter. sanders close at $26.2 million. worth noting, sanders has more individual donors have clinton. he has 650,000 people. they have given to sanders so far versus 400,000 for secretary clinton. the numbers for the democrats outpacing the gops. ben carson under $21 million. followed by jeb bush and ted cruz. bush's campaign haul was enough to calm jitters among bush supporters. cnn's sara murray has more from washington. >> reporter: good morning, christine and alison. jeb bush may have calmed the nerve of donors yesterday. the campaign put out third quarter information. it was better than what people expected. he raised $13.4 million.

a hacker based in malaysia arrested and charged with stealing information of u.s. military members and giving it to isis. a citizen of kosovo is being detained on a provisional u.s. arrest warrant. he allegedly stole the data of over 1,000 u.s. service members and federal employees. we have matt rivers with the latest from hong kong with the latest on this. >> reporter: it is a big safety risk for some of these u.s. military members and federal employees affected by this hack here. the suspect as we mentioned, a 20-year-old kosovo native. we are told by authorities he is one of the leaders of the hackers group kosovo hackers security. he was living in malaysia at the time of the hack when he was able to access the personal information. as you mentioned, over 1,000 u.s. military members and federal employees by hacking

into the computer system of a company in the u.s. he then shared that personal information with a relatively high profile member of isis over the course of two months in the summer of this year. the suspect in this case is facing extradition to the united states for the terrorism charges. he was arrested in kuala lumpur on september 15th. as for this isis member, his name is janaid hussain. he was killed by a u.s. air strike in syria in august, but not before he was able to post the personal information of over 1,300 u.s. military members and federal employees in what he described as an online hit list. whether that is described in the criminal complaint, u.s. officials have not said. >> matt rivers, thank you. huma abedin set to be

interviewed behind closed doors by the benghazi committee. the appearance is six days before her boss testifies publicly. abedin is the only aide to have an e-mail account on the secretary of state's personal server. she is expected to deal with a grilling of the 2012 attack. the administration scaling back the obamacare forecast. officials now expect 10 million americans to be covered by insurance through the afford able care act in 2016. that is an anemic increase from the 9.1 million using the exchange now. the congressional office expected 21 million people to use the exchange by 2016. it is rejecting the claims that americans signing up for the affordable care act has plateaued. according to the treasury

>> exactly what caused the fire is still not known. the rain that fell in california is heading east. will it hit texas where it needs that water? let's turn to meteorologist karen maginnis. >> one event that was so isolated because of terrain and because we have seen drought conditions there and burn areas. that's why we saw the severe mudslide along the congested portion of i-5. most of the state of california is in severe to exceptional drought. look at eastern texas. extreme drought there as well. the big fire about 4,000 plus acres, no relief in sight. in southern california, still keeping that cutoff area of low pressure in the weather picture, but most of that moisture will head right along the california/nevada border. for austin and the bastrop area, you are looking at cloud cover.

temperatures will be cooler. those battling the blaze there, it looks like no relief, except the temperatures are 10 degrees cooler. scattered showers. much cooler temperatures into the northeast and new england and diving to the south. interior northeast could see a dusting of snow by the weekend. back to you guys. karen, thanks for that. former nba and reality tv star lamar odom remains unresponsive in a las vegas hospital after found unconscious at a nevada brothel. workers there say he had been using cocaine and sexual enhancement supplements. we get more now from cnn's paul vercammen. >> reporter: christine and alison, the odom and kardashian family not wanting information to come out of the hospital.
